Quick first steps

1. Create Your Digital Vault
Sign up or log in and set up your private, encrypted vault with the onboarding steps.

2. Add the Essentials
Start small: add your ID, insurance policy, will, or pet records. Build as you go.

3. Invite Trusted People
Share access with loved ones or advisors. Control what they can see or do and monitor their activity.

4. Record the Why
Use the video and note features to explain the meaning behind items—preserve your story, not just your stuff.

5. Relate Your Items
Link documents to the people, places, or valuables they connect to—like a will to an attorney or a jewelry appraisal to a photo.

6. Plan Ahead
Name a Keyholder® to receive vault access when you pass. Your legacy, protected.

Documents

Learn how to upload, organize, and manage your documents in your Digital Vault. Protect and centralize documents, and access them anytime, anywhere with both our web and mobile apps. This allows you to easily share them with family members or other essential people like a doctor, lawyer, or advisor. It also enables you to make sure those documents are available to your specific chosen contacts in case of an emergency.

People

Share your information with the most important people in your life. The People section allows you to identify the key people in your life, manage the information they can access, and share with others as needed — all in one place. Those close to you will know who your important contacts are especially in case something happens to you.

Places

Keep track of where all your physical, digital, and online items are located. The Places section allows you to identify and add the locations of these important places. Should something unexpected happen or you become unavailable, the locations of your important information and valuables will be available to those who need it.

Things

Store information about your valuable possessions, family heirlooms, and other important items. The Things section allows you to keep track of these important items. With the Prisidio mobile app, it’s easy to add things when in the moment and build your list at your own pace. And you can instantly record a video to let others know the importance of an item or to tell the story behind it.

Sharing

Learn how to share items in your vault with other approved people. Once someone has been invited to your vault, you decide exactly what they can see and do. With Prisidio, sharing is highly secure, yet simple and intuitive.
